BILLING POLICY
In order to reserve your seat, we must receive a completed registration. A 10% deposit will be required from
all students once the maximum seats are filled. Full payment must be made 10 business days prior to attending course.
ddi Education Center reserves the right not to guarantee your
seat until one of the following methods of payment is received:
- Credit Card (American Express, Mastercard, or Visa)
- Checks (Made payable to ddi Joint Ventures)

CANCELLATION POLICY
5+ business days.
Cancellations can be made 5 or more business days before training
without financial penalty. All refunds will be made in the form
of a credit on account or check.
Within 2 to 4 business days.
Cancellations on registration made within 2 to 4 business days
before training can be rescheduled to a later date. No class credit/refunds
will be given for canceling or rescheduling classes at this time.
Notes: Students may send replacements to a class at no
additional cost any time prior to the start of the course.

Course Cancellations
On rare occasions events outside our control requires us to reschedule a course.
Every accommodation will be made to get all people enrolled into the next available course or we will create a new date.
In the event that ddi Education Center does cancel a class, we will
notify you 1 week in advance.
